Impro manufactures different types of copper spare parts for Arc furnaces such as; Electrode holder ( Contact Pads), Cooling Panels, Water Boxes, Cooling Blocks, Burner Panels, Burners, Lances....
Impro has a well equiped welding shop with preheating furnaces. Copper to copper, steel to copper weldings can be made and controlled.
All watertight components are tested by 8 bars air pressure and 15 bars water pressure for 1 hour to ensure the tightness.
Conductivity and test reports are prepared for each delivery.
