2. Data we process and its source
We collect personal data electronically when you use the contact, quotation or reference-list forms on this site or contact us by e-mail or phone:
- Identity and contact: name, e-mail, phone, company, country, website
- Request content: your message, product, material and quantity, drawings and photos you upload
- Security: IP address, date/time and browser information (server logs)

4. Recipients and transfers
Your data is shared only for these purposes with our service providers: our website hosting provider and our business e-mail provider. Their servers are located outside Türkiye; transfers rely on the safeguards of KVKK Art. 9 (standard contractual clauses) or your explicit consent. The map on the contact page is loaded from OpenStreetMap only with your consent, in which case your IP address is transmitted to the OpenStreetMap Foundation. We do not sell your data or use it for marketing.
5. Retention
Form and e-mail correspondence and uploaded files are kept until your request has been completed and for the applicable statutory limitation periods, and are then deleted, destroyed or anonymised. Server logs are kept for the hosting provider’s security periods.
6. Cookies
This site uses no analytics, advertising or social media cookies. Cookies used:

Visitors from the EU may also lodge a complaint with their supervisory authority.
